DU Diploma
Diploma of Higher Education is a state approved document certifying person’s higher education according to the acquired internationally accredited studying programme and its degree.

Diploma Supplement is a document made in compliance with the regulations of European Commission, European Council and United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, providing objective information and ensuring an academic and professional recognition of the diploma in Latvia and abroad.
The diploma supplement represents the mentioned in the original diploma person’s successfully finished studies, its essence, degree, context, content and status.
After the graduation all students of Daugavpils University receive the diploma supplements in Latvian and English for free.

Only institutions of higher education, which demonstrate excellence in the usage of European credit transfer and accumulation system (ECTS) and Diploma Supplement, are able to receive the European Commission’s Diploma Supplement Label.
